بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

26:1 طسٓمٓ
26:1 Ta, Seen, Meem. - Talal Itani (English)

26:2 تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٱلْمُبِينِ
26:2 These are the Verses of the Clarifying Book. - Talal Itani (English)

26:3 لَعَلَّكَ بَـٰخِعٌ نَّفْسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُوا۟ مُؤْمِنِينَ
26:3 Perhaps you will destroy yourself with grief, because they do not become believers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:4 إِن نَّشَأْ نُنَزِّلْ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ ءَايَةً فَظَلَّتْ أَعْنَـٰقُهُمْ لَهَا خَـٰضِعِينَ
26:4 If We will, We can send down upon them a sign from heaven, at which their necks will stay bent in humility. - Talal Itani (English)

26:5 وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ مُحْدَثٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ عَنْهُ مُعْرِضِينَ
26:5 No fresh reminder comes to them from the Most Merciful, but they turn their backs at it. - Talal Itani (English)

26:6 فَقَدْ كَذَّبُوا۟ فَسَيَأْتِيهِمْ أَنۢبَـٰٓؤُا۟ مَا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ
26:6 They have denied the truth, but soon will come to them the news of what they ridiculed. - Talal Itani (English)

26:7 أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ كَمْ أَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍ كَرِيمٍ
26:7 Have they not seen the earth, and how many beautiful pairs We produced therein? - Talal Itani (English)

26:8 إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
26:8 Surely in this is a sign, but most of them are not believers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:9 وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
26:9 Most surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Merciful. - Talal Itani (English)

26:10 وَإِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئْتِ ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
26:10 Your Lord called to Moses, “Go to the tyrannical people. - Talal Itani (English)

26:11 قَوْمَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۚ أَلَا يَتَّقُونَ
26:11 The people of Pharaoh. Will they not fear?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:12 قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُونِ
26:12 He said, “My Lord, I fear they will reject me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:13 وَيَضِيقُ صَدْرِى وَلَا يَنطَلِقُ لِسَانِى فَأَرْسِلْ إِلَىٰ هَـٰرُونَ
26:13 And I become stressed, and my tongue is not fluent, so send Aaron too. - Talal Itani (English)

26:14 وَلَهُمْ عَلَىَّ ذَنۢبٌ فَأَخَافُ أَن يَقْتُلُونِ
26:14 And they have a charge against me, so I fear they will kill me.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:15 قَالَ كَلَّا ۖ فَٱذْهَبَا بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ ۖ إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّسْتَمِعُونَ
26:15 He said, “No. Go, both of you, with Our proofs. We will be with you, listening. - Talal Itani (English)

26:16 فَأْتِيَا فِرْعَوْنَ فَقُولَآ إِنَّا رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:16 Go to Pharaoh, and say, ‘We are the Messengers of the Lord of the Worlds. - Talal Itani (English)

26:17 أَنْ أَرْسِلْ مَعَنَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
26:17 Let the Children of Israel go with us.'“ - Talal Itani (English)

26:18 قَالَ أَلَمْ نُرَبِّكَ فِينَا وَلِيدًا وَلَبِثْتَ فِينَا مِنْ عُمُرِكَ سِنِينَ
26:18 He said, “Did we not raise you among us as a child, and you stayed among us for many of your years? - Talal Itani (English)

26:19 وَفَعَلْتَ فَعْلَتَكَ ٱلَّتِى فَعَلْتَ وَأَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
26:19 And you committed that deed you committed, and you were ungrateful.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:20 قَالَ فَعَلْتُهَآ إِذًا وَأَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
26:20 He said, “I did it then, when I was of those astray. - Talal Itani (English)

26:21 فَفَرَرْتُ مِنكُمْ لَمَّا خِفْتُكُمْ فَوَهَبَ لِى رَبِّى حُكْمًا وَجَعَلَنِى مِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
26:21 And I fled from you when I feared you; but my Lord gave me wisdom, and made me one of the messengers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:22 وَتِلْكَ نِعْمَةٌ تَمُنُّهَا عَلَىَّ أَنْ عَبَّدتَّ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
26:22 Is that the favor you taunt me with, although you have enslaved the Children of Israel?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:23 قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَا رَبُّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:23 Pharaoh said, “And what is the Lord of the Worlds?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:24 قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ ۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ
26:24 He said, “The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and everything between them, if you are aware.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:25 قَالَ لِمَنْ حَوْلَهُۥٓ أَلَا تَسْتَمِعُونَ
26:25 He said to those around him, “Do you not hear?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:26 قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ وَرَبُّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
26:26 He said, “Your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of old.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:27 قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَكُمُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أُرْسِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ لَمَجْنُونٌ
26:27 He said, “This messenger of yours, who is sent to you, is crazy.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:28 قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقِ وَٱلْمَغْرِبِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ ۖ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
26:28 He said, “Lord of the East and the West, and everything between them, if you understand.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:29 قَالَ لَئِنِ ٱتَّخَذْتَ إِلَـٰهًا غَيْرِى لَأَجْعَلَنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْمَسْجُونِينَ
26:29 He said, “If you accept any god other than me, I will make you a prisoner.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:30 قَالَ أَوَلَوْ جِئْتُكَ بِشَىْءٍ مُّبِينٍ
26:30 He said, “What if I bring you something convincing?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:31 قَالَ فَأْتِ بِهِۦٓ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ
26:31 He said, “Bring it, if you are being truthful.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:32 فَأَلْقَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِىَ ثُعْبَانٌ مُّبِينٌ
26:32 So he cast his staff; and it was a serpent, plain to see. - Talal Itani (English)

26:33 وَنَزَعَ يَدَهُۥ فَإِذَا هِىَ بَيْضَآءُ لِلنَّـٰظِرِينَ
26:33 And he pulled his hand; and it was white, for all to see. - Talal Itani (English)

26:34 قَالَ لِلْمَلَإِ حَوْلَهُۥٓ إِنَّ هَـٰذَا لَسَـٰحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ
26:34 He said to the dignitaries around him, “This is a skilled magician. - Talal Itani (English)

26:35 يُرِيدُ أَن يُخْرِجَكُم مِّنْ أَرْضِكُم بِسِحْرِهِۦ فَمَاذَا تَأْمُرُونَ
26:35 He intends to drive you out of your land with his magic, so what do you recommend?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:36 قَالُوٓا۟ أَرْجِهْ وَأَخَاهُ وَٱبْعَثْ فِى ٱلْمَدَآئِنِ حَـٰشِرِينَ
26:36 They said, “Delay him and his brother, and send recruiters to the cities. - Talal Itani (English)

26:37 يَأْتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَحَّارٍ عَلِيمٍ
26:37 To bring you every experienced magician.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:38 فَجُمِعَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ لِمِيقَـٰتِ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
26:38 So the magicians were gathered for the appointment on a specified day. - Talal Itani (English)

26:39 وَقِيلَ لِلنَّاسِ هَلْ أَنتُم مُّجْتَمِعُونَ
26:39 And it was said to the people, “Are you all gathered? - Talal Itani (English)

26:40 لَعَلَّنَا نَتَّبِعُ ٱلسَّحَرَةَ إِن كَانُوا۟ هُمُ ٱلْغَـٰلِبِينَ
26:40 That we may follow the magicians, if they are the winners.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:41 فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ قَالُوا۟ لِفِرْعَوْنَ أَئِنَّ لَنَا لَأَجْرًا إِن كُنَّا نَحْنُ ٱلْغَـٰلِبِينَ
26:41 When the magicians arrived, they said to Pharaoh, “Is there a reward for us, if we are the winners?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:42 قَالَ نَعَمْ وَإِنَّكُمْ إِذًا لَّمِنَ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ
26:42 He said, “Yes, and you will be among those favored.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:43 قَالَ لَهُم مُّوسَىٰٓ أَلْقُوا۟ مَآ أَنتُم مُّلْقُونَ
26:43 Moses said to them, “Present what you intend to present.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:44 فَأَلْقَوْا۟ حِبَالَهُمْ وَعِصِيَّهُمْ وَقَالُوا۟ بِعِزَّةِ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّا لَنَحْنُ ٱلْغَـٰلِبُونَ
26:44 So they threw their ropes and their sticks, and said, “By the majesty of Pharaoh, we will be the winners.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:45 فَأَلْقَىٰ مُوسَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِىَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ
26:45 Then Moses threw his staff, and behold, it began swallowing their trickery. - Talal Itani (English)

26:46 فَأُلْقِىَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ سَـٰجِدِينَ
26:46 And the magicians fell down prostrating. - Talal Itani (English)

26:47 قَالُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا بِرَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:47 They said, “We have believed in the Lord of the Worlds. - Talal Itani (English)

26:48 رَبِّ مُوسَىٰ وَهَـٰرُونَ
26:48 The Lord of Moses and Aaron.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:49 قَالَ ءَامَنتُمْ لَهُۥ قَبْلَ أَنْ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ ٱلَّذِى عَلَّمَكُمُ ٱلسِّحْرَ فَلَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ۚ لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُم مِّنْ خِلَـٰفٍ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
26:49 He said, “Did you believe in Him before I have given you permission? He must be your chief, who taught you magic. You will soon know. I will cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, and I will crucify you all.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:50 قَالُوا۟ لَا ضَيْرَ ۖ إِنَّآ إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا مُنقَلِبُونَ
26:50 They said, “No problem. To our Lord we will return. - Talal Itani (English)

26:51 إِنَّا نَطْمَعُ أَن يَغْفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا خَطَـٰيَـٰنَآ أَن كُنَّآ أَوَّلَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
26:51 We are eager for our Lord to forgive us our sins, since we are the first of the believers.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:52 ۞ وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنْ أَسْرِ بِعِبَادِىٓ إِنَّكُم مُّتَّبَعُونَ
26:52 And We inspired Moses: “Travel with My servants by night. You will be followed.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:53 فَأَرْسَلَ فِرْعَوْنُ فِى ٱلْمَدَآئِنِ حَـٰشِرِينَ
26:53 Pharaoh sent heralds to the cities. - Talal Itani (English)

26:54 إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَشِرْذِمَةٌ قَلِيلُونَ
26:54 “These are a small gang. - Talal Itani (English)

26:55 وَإِنَّهُمْ لَنَا لَغَآئِظُونَ
26:55 And they are enraging us. - Talal Itani (English)

26:56 وَإِنَّا لَجَمِيعٌ حَـٰذِرُونَ
26:56 But we are a vigilant multitude.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:57 فَأَخْرَجْنَـٰهُم مِّن جَنَّـٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ
26:57 So We drove them out of gardens and springs. - Talal Itani (English)

26:58 وَكُنُوزٍ وَمَقَامٍ كَرِيمٍ
26:58 And treasures and noble dwellings. - Talal Itani (English)

26:59 كَذَٰلِكَ وَأَوْرَثْنَـٰهَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
26:59 So it was. And We made the Children of Israel inherit them. - Talal Itani (English)

26:60 فَأَتْبَعُوهُم مُّشْرِقِينَ
26:60 And they pursued them at sunrise. - Talal Itani (English)

26:61 فَلَمَّا تَرَٰٓءَا ٱلْجَمْعَانِ قَالَ أَصْحَـٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَمُدْرَكُونَ
26:61 When the two groups sighted each other, the followers of Moses said, “We are being overtaken.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:62 قَالَ كَلَّآ ۖ إِنَّ مَعِىَ رَبِّى سَيَهْدِينِ
26:62 He said, “No; my Lord is with me, He will guide me.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:63 فَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱضْرِب بِّعَصَاكَ ٱلْبَحْرَ ۖ فَٱنفَلَقَ فَكَانَ كُلُّ فِرْقٍ كَٱلطَّوْدِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
26:63 We inspired Moses: “Strike the sea with your staff.” Whereupon it parted, and each part was like a huge hill. - Talal Itani (English)

26:64 وَأَزْلَفْنَا ثَمَّ ٱلْـَٔاخَرِينَ
26:64 And there We brought the others near. - Talal Itani (English)

26:65 وَأَنجَيْنَا مُوسَىٰ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥٓ أَجْمَعِينَ
26:65 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. - Talal Itani (English)

26:66 ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا ٱلْـَٔاخَرِينَ
26:66 Then We drowned the others. - Talal Itani (English)

26:67 إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
26:67 In that there is a sign, but most of them are not believers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:68 وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
26:68 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Merciful. - Talal Itani (English)

26:69 وَٱتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ
26:69 And relate to them the story of Abraham. - Talal Itani (English)

26:70 إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِۦ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ
26:70 When he said to his father and his people, “What do you worship?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:71 قَالُوا۟ نَعْبُدُ أَصْنَامًا فَنَظَلُّ لَهَا عَـٰكِفِينَ
26:71 They said, “We worship idols, and we remain devoted to them.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:72 قَالَ هَلْ يَسْمَعُونَكُمْ إِذْ تَدْعُونَ
26:72 He said, “Do they hear you when you pray? - Talal Itani (English)

26:73 أَوْ يَنفَعُونَكُمْ أَوْ يَضُرُّونَ
26:73 Or do they benefit you, or harm you?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:74 قَالُوا۟ بَلْ وَجَدْنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا كَذَٰلِكَ يَفْعَلُونَ
26:74 They said, “But we found our ancestors doing so.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:75 قَالَ أَفَرَءَيْتُم مَّا كُنتُمْ تَعْبُدُونَ
26:75 He said, “Have you considered what you worship. - Talal Itani (English)

26:76 أَنتُمْ وَءَابَآؤُكُمُ ٱلْأَقْدَمُونَ
26:76 You and your ancient ancestors? - Talal Itani (English)

26:77 فَإِنَّهُمْ عَدُوٌّ لِّىٓ إِلَّا رَبَّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:77 They are enemies to me, but not so the Lord of the Worlds. - Talal Itani (English)

26:78 ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَنِى فَهُوَ يَهْدِينِ
26:78 He who created me, and guides me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:79 وَٱلَّذِى هُوَ يُطْعِمُنِى وَيَسْقِينِ
26:79 He who feeds me, and waters me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:80 وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ
26:80 And when I get sick, He heals me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:81 وَٱلَّذِى يُمِيتُنِى ثُمَّ يُحْيِينِ
26:81 He who makes me die, and then revives me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:82 وَٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْمَعُ أَن يَغْفِرَ لِى خَطِيٓـَٔتِى يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ
26:82 He who, I hope, will forgive my sins on the Day of the Reckoning.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:83 رَبِّ هَبْ لِى حُكْمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِى بِٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَ
26:83 “My Lord! Grant me wisdom, and include me with the righteous. - Talal Itani (English)

26:84 وَٱجْعَل لِّى لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ
26:84 And give me a reputation of truth among the others. - Talal Itani (English)

26:85 وَٱجْعَلْنِى مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
26:85 And make me of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss. - Talal Itani (English)

26:86 وَٱغْفِرْ لِأَبِىٓ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
26:86 And forgive my father—he was one of the misguided. - Talal Itani (English)

26:87 وَلَا تُخْزِنِى يَوْمَ يُبْعَثُونَ
26:87 And do not disgrace me on the Day they are resurrected. - Talal Itani (English)

26:88 يَوْمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٌ وَلَا بَنُونَ
26:88 The Day when neither wealth nor children will help. - Talal Itani (English)

26:89 إِلَّا مَنْ أَتَى ٱللَّهَ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِيمٍ
26:89 Except for him who comes to God with a sound heart.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:90 وَأُزْلِفَتِ ٱلْجَنَّةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
26:90 And Paradise will be brought near for the righteous. - Talal Itani (English)

26:91 وَبُرِّزَتِ ٱلْجَحِيمُ لِلْغَاوِينَ
26:91 And the Blaze will be displayed to the deviators. - Talal Itani (English)

26:92 وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْبُدُونَ
26:92 And it will be said to them, “Where are those you used to worship?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:93 مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ هَلْ يَنصُرُونَكُمْ أَوْ يَنتَصِرُونَ
26:93 Besides God? Can they help you, or help themselves?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:94 فَكُبْكِبُوا۟ فِيهَا هُمْ وَٱلْغَاوُۥنَ
26:94 Then they will be toppled into it, together with the seducers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:95 وَجُنُودُ إِبْلِيسَ أَجْمَعُونَ
26:95 And the soldiers of Satan, all of them. - Talal Itani (English)

26:96 قَالُوا۟ وَهُمْ فِيهَا يَخْتَصِمُونَ
26:96 They will say, as they feud in it. - Talal Itani (English)

26:97 تَٱللَّهِ إِن كُنَّا لَفِى ضَلَـٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ
26:97 “By God, We were in evident error. - Talal Itani (English)

26:98 إِذْ نُسَوِّيكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:98 For equating you with the Lord of the Worlds. - Talal Itani (English)

26:99 وَمَآ أَضَلَّنَآ إِلَّا ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ
26:99 No one misled us except the sinners. - Talal Itani (English)

26:100 فَمَا لَنَا مِن شَـٰفِعِينَ
26:100 Now we have no intercessors. - Talal Itani (English)

26:101 وَلَا صَدِيقٍ حَمِيمٍ
26:101 And no sincere friend. - Talal Itani (English)

26:102 فَلَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
26:102 If only we could have another chance, we would be among the faithful.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:103 إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
26:103 Surely in this is a sign, but most of them are not believers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:104 وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
26:104 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Merciful. - Talal Itani (English)

26:105 كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
26:105 The people of Noah disbelieved the messengers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:106 إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ نُوحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
26:106 Their brother Noah said to them, “Do you not fear? - Talal Itani (English)

26:107 إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
26:107 I am to you a faithful messenger. - Talal Itani (English)

26:108 فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
26:108 So fear God, and obey me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:109 وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:109 I ask of you no payment for this. My payment is only from the Lord of the Worlds. - Talal Itani (English)

26:110 فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
26:110 So fear God, and obey me.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:111 ۞ قَالُوٓا۟ أَنُؤْمِنُ لَكَ وَٱتَّبَعَكَ ٱلْأَرْذَلُونَ
26:111 They said, “Shall we believe in you, when it is the lowliest who follow you?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:112 قَالَ وَمَا عِلْمِى بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ
26:112 He said, “What do I know about what they do? - Talal Itani (English)

26:113 إِنْ حِسَابُهُمْ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّى ۖ لَوْ تَشْعُرُونَ
26:113 Their account rests only with my Lord, if you have sense. - Talal Itani (English)

26:114 وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِطَارِدِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
26:114 And I am not about to drive away the believers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:115 إِنْ أَنَا۠ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ
26:115 I am only a clear warner.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:116 قَالُوا۟ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ يَـٰنُوحُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْمَرْجُومِينَ
26:116 They said, “If you do not refrain, O Noah, you will be stoned.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:117 قَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِى كَذَّبُونِ
26:117 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:118 فَٱفْتَحْ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَهُمْ فَتْحًا وَنَجِّنِى وَمَن مَّعِىَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
26:118 So judge between me and them decisively, and deliver me and the believers who are with me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:119 فَأَنجَيْنَـٰهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥ فِى ٱلْفُلْكِ ٱلْمَشْحُونِ
26:119 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden Ark. - Talal Itani (English)

26:120 ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا بَعْدُ ٱلْبَاقِينَ
26:120 Then We drowned the rest. - Talal Itani (English)

26:121 إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
26:121 In that is a sign, but most of them are not believers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:122 وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
26:122 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Merciful. - Talal Itani (English)

26:123 كَذَّبَتْ عَادٌ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
26:123 Aad disbelieved the messengers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:124 إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ هُودٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
26:124 When their brother Hud said to them, “Do you not fear? - Talal Itani (English)

26:125 إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
26:125 I am to you a faithful messenger. - Talal Itani (English)

26:126 فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
26:126 So fear God, and obey me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:127 وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:127 I ask of you no payment for this. My payment is only from the Lord of the Worlds. - Talal Itani (English)

26:128 أَتَبْنُونَ بِكُلِّ رِيعٍ ءَايَةً تَعْبَثُونَ
26:128 Do you build a monument on every height for vanity's sake? - Talal Itani (English)

26:129 وَتَتَّخِذُونَ مَصَانِعَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَخْلُدُونَ
26:129 And you set up fortresses, hoping to live forever? - Talal Itani (English)

26:130 وَإِذَا بَطَشْتُم بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِينَ
26:130 And when you strike, you strike mercilessly? - Talal Itani (English)

26:131 فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
26:131 So fear God, and obey me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:132 وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَمَدَّكُم بِمَا تَعْلَمُونَ
26:132 And reverence Him, who supplied you with everything you know. - Talal Itani (English)

26:133 أَمَدَّكُم بِأَنْعَـٰمٍ وَبَنِينَ
26:133 He supplied you with livestock and children. - Talal Itani (English)

26:134 وَجَنَّـٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ
26:134 And gardens and springs. - Talal Itani (English)

26:135 إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
26:135 I fear for you the punishment of an awesome Day.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:136 قَالُوا۟ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْنَآ أَوَعَظْتَ أَمْ لَمْ تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلْوَٰعِظِينَ
26:136 They said, “It is the same for us, whether you lecture us, or do not lecture. - Talal Itani (English)

26:137 إِنْ هَـٰذَآ إِلَّا خُلُقُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
26:137 This is nothing but morals of the ancients. - Talal Itani (English)

26:138 وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
26:138 And we will not be punished.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:139 فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَهْلَكْنَـٰهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
26:139 So they denied him, and We destroyed them. Surely in this is a sign, but most of them are not believers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:140 وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
26:140 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Merciful. - Talal Itani (English)

26:141 كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
26:141 Thamood disbelieved the messengers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:142 إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ صَـٰلِحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
26:142 When their brother Saleh said to them, “Do you not fear? - Talal Itani (English)

26:143 إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
26:143 I am to you a faithful messenger. - Talal Itani (English)

26:144 فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
26:144 So fear God, and obey me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:145 وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:145 I ask of you no payment for it. My payment is only from the Lord of the Worlds. - Talal Itani (English)

26:146 أَتُتْرَكُونَ فِى مَا هَـٰهُنَآ ءَامِنِينَ
26:146 Will you be left secure in what is here? - Talal Itani (English)

26:147 فِى جَنَّـٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ
26:147 In gardens and springs? - Talal Itani (English)

26:148 وَزُرُوعٍ وَنَخْلٍ طَلْعُهَا هَضِيمٌ
26:148 And fields, and palm-trees whose fruits are delicious? - Talal Itani (English)

26:149 وَتَنْحِتُونَ مِنَ ٱلْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًا فَـٰرِهِينَ
26:149 And you skillfully carve houses in the mountains? - Talal Itani (English)

26:150 فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
26:150 So fear God, and obey me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:151 وَلَا تُطِيعُوٓا۟ أَمْرَ ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ
26:151 And do not obey the command of the extravagant. - Talal Itani (English)

26:152 ٱلَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
26:152 Who spread turmoil on earth, and do not reform.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:153 قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْمُسَحَّرِينَ
26:153 They said, “You are surely one of the bewitched. - Talal Itani (English)

26:154 مَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا فَأْتِ بِـَٔايَةٍ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ
26:154 You are nothing but a man like us. So bring us a sign, if you are truthful. - Talal Itani (English)

26:155 قَالَ هَـٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةٌ لَّهَا شِرْبٌ وَلَكُمْ شِرْبُ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
26:155 He said, “This is a she-camel; she has her turn of drinking, and you have your turn of drinking—on a specified day. - Talal Itani (English)

26:156 وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوٓءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
26:156 And do not touch her with harm, lest the punishment of a great day seizes you.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:157 فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصْبَحُوا۟ نَـٰدِمِينَ
26:157 But they slaughtered her, and became full of remorse. - Talal Itani (English)

26:158 فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
26:158 So the punishment overtook them. Surely in this is a sign, but most of them are not believers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:159 وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
26:159 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Merciful. - Talal Itani (English)

26:160 كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
26:160 The people of Lot disbelieved the messengers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:161 إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ لُوطٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
26:161 When their brother Lot said to them, “Do you not fear? - Talal Itani (English)

26:162 إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
26:162 I am to you a faithful messenger. - Talal Itani (English)

26:163 فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
26:163 So fear God, and obey me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:164 وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:164 I ask of you no payment for it. My payment is only from the Lord of the Worlds. - Talal Itani (English)

26:165 أَتَأْتُونَ ٱلذُّكْرَانَ مِنَ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:165 Do you approach the males of the world? - Talal Itani (English)

26:166 وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُم مِّنْ أَزْوَٰجِكُم ۚ بَلْ أَنتُمْ قَوْمٌ عَادُونَ
26:166 And forsake the wives your Lord created for you? Indeed, you are intrusive people.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:167 قَالُوا۟ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ يَـٰلُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْمُخْرَجِينَ
26:167 They said, “Unless you refrain, O Lot, you will be expelled.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:168 قَالَ إِنِّى لِعَمَلِكُم مِّنَ ٱلْقَالِينَ
26:168 He said, “I certainly deplore your conduct.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:169 رَبِّ نَجِّنِى وَأَهْلِى مِمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ
26:169 “My Lord, save me and my family from what they do.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:170 فَنَجَّيْنَـٰهُ وَأَهْلَهُۥٓ أَجْمَعِينَ
26:170 So We saved him and his family, altogether. - Talal Itani (English)

26:171 إِلَّا عَجُوزًا فِى ٱلْغَـٰبِرِينَ
26:171 Except for an old woman among those who tarried. - Talal Itani (English)

26:172 ثُمَّ دَمَّرْنَا ٱلْـَٔاخَرِينَ
26:172 Then We destroyed the others. - Talal Itani (English)

26:173 وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّطَرًا ۖ فَسَآءَ مَطَرُ ٱلْمُنذَرِينَ
26:173 And We rained down on them a rain. Dreadful is the rain of those forewarned. - Talal Itani (English)

26:174 إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
26:174 Surely in this is a sign, but most of them are not believers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:175 وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
26:175 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Merciful. - Talal Itani (English)

26:176 كَذَّبَ أَصْحَـٰبُ لْـَٔيْكَةِ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
26:176 The People of the Woods disbelieved the messengers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:177 إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ شُعَيْبٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
26:177 When Shuaib said to them, “Do you not fear? - Talal Itani (English)

26:178 إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
26:178 I am to you a trustworthy messenger. - Talal Itani (English)

26:179 فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
26:179 So fear God, and obey me. - Talal Itani (English)

26:180 وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:180 I ask of you no payment for it. My payment is only from the Lord of the Worlds. - Talal Itani (English)

26:181 ۞ أَوْفُوا۟ ٱلْكَيْلَ وَلَا تَكُونُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْمُخْسِرِينَ
26:181 Give full measure, and do not cheat. - Talal Itani (English)

26:182 وَزِنُوا۟ بِٱلْقِسْطَاسِ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمِ
26:182 And weigh with accurate scales. - Talal Itani (English)

26:183 وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا۟ ٱلنَّاسَ أَشْيَآءَهُمْ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ
26:183 And do not defraud people of their belongings, and do not work corruption in the land. - Talal Itani (English)

26:184 وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ وَٱلْجِبِلَّةَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
26:184 And fear Him who created you and the masses of old.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:185 قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْمُسَحَّرِينَ
26:185 They said, “You are one of those bewitched. - Talal Itani (English)

26:186 وَمَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا وَإِن نَّظُنُّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلْكَـٰذِبِينَ
26:186 And you are nothing but a man like us; and we think that you are a liar. - Talal Itani (English)

26:187 فَأَسْقِطْ عَلَيْنَا كِسَفًا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ
26:187 So bring down on us pieces from the sky, if you are truthful.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:188 قَالَ رَبِّىٓ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
26:188 He said, “My Lord is Well Aware of what you do.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:189 فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمِ ٱلظُّلَّةِ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
26:189 But they denied him. So the punishment of the day of gloom gripped them. It was the punishment of a great day. - Talal Itani (English)

26:190 إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
26:190 Surely in this is a sign, but most of them are not believers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:191 وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
26:191 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Merciful. - Talal Itani (English)

26:192 وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَنزِيلُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
26:192 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. - Talal Itani (English)

26:193 نَزَلَ بِهِ ٱلرُّوحُ ٱلْأَمِينُ
26:193 The Honest Spirit came down with it. - Talal Itani (English)

26:194 عَلَىٰ قَلْبِكَ لِتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُنذِرِينَ
26:194 Upon your heart, that you may be one of the warners. - Talal Itani (English)

26:195 بِلِسَانٍ عَرَبِىٍّ مُّبِينٍ
26:195 In a clear Arabic tongue. - Talal Itani (English)

26:196 وَإِنَّهُۥ لَفِى زُبُرِ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
26:196 And it is in the scriptures of the ancients. - Talal Itani (English)

26:197 أَوَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ ءَايَةً أَن يَعْلَمَهُۥ عُلَمَـٰٓؤُا۟ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
26:197 Is it not a sign for them that the scholars of the Children of Israel recognized it? - Talal Itani (English)

26:198 وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَـٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضِ ٱلْأَعْجَمِينَ
26:198 Had We revealed it to one of the foreigners. - Talal Itani (English)

26:199 فَقَرَأَهُۥ عَلَيْهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ مُؤْمِنِينَ
26:199 And he had recited it to them, they still would not have believed in it. - Talal Itani (English)

26:200 كَذَٰلِكَ سَلَكْنَـٰهُ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
26:200 Thus We make it pass through the hearts of the guilty. - Talal Itani (English)

26:201 لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِۦ حَتَّىٰ يَرَوُا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلْأَلِيمَ
26:201 They will not believe in it until they witness the painful punishment. - Talal Itani (English)

26:202 فَيَأْتِيَهُم بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
26:202 It will come to them suddenly, while they are unaware. - Talal Itani (English)

26:203 فَيَقُولُوا۟ هَلْ نَحْنُ مُنظَرُونَ
26:203 Then they will say, “Are we given any respite?” - Talal Itani (English)

26:204 أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ
26:204 Do they seek to hasten Our punishment? - Talal Itani (English)

26:205 أَفَرَءَيْتَ إِن مَّتَّعْنَـٰهُمْ سِنِينَ
26:205 Have you considered: if We let them enjoy themselves for some years. - Talal Itani (English)

26:206 ثُمَّ جَآءَهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يُوعَدُونَ
26:206 Then there comes to them what they were promised. - Talal Itani (English)

26:207 مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يُمَتَّعُونَ
26:207 Of what avail to them will be their past enjoyments? - Talal Itani (English)

26:208 وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا لَهَا مُنذِرُونَ
26:208 Never did We destroy a town, but it had warners. - Talal Itani (English)

26:209 ذِكْرَىٰ وَمَا كُنَّا ظَـٰلِمِينَ
26:209 As a reminder—We are never unjust. - Talal Itani (English)

26:210 وَمَا تَنَزَّلَتْ بِهِ ٱلشَّيَـٰطِينُ
26:210 It was not the devils that revealed it. - Talal Itani (English)

26:211 وَمَا يَنۢبَغِى لَهُمْ وَمَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ
26:211 It is not in their interests, nor in their power. - Talal Itani (English)

26:212 إِنَّهُمْ عَنِ ٱلسَّمْعِ لَمَعْزُولُونَ
26:212 They are barred from hearing. - Talal Itani (English)

26:213 فَلَا تَدْعُ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَـٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُعَذَّبِينَ
26:213 So do not pray to another god with God, else you will be of those tormented. - Talal Itani (English)

26:214 وَأَنذِرْ عَشِيرَتَكَ ٱلْأَقْرَبِينَ
26:214 And warn your close relatives. - Talal Itani (English)

26:215 وَٱخْفِضْ جَنَاحَكَ لِمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
26:215 And lower your wing to those of the believers who follow you. - Talal Itani (English)

26:216 فَإِنْ عَصَوْكَ فَقُلْ إِنِّى بَرِىٓءٌ مِّمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ
26:216 And if they disobey you, say, “I am innocent of what you do.” - Talal Itani (English)

26:217 وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
26:217 And put your trust in the Almighty, the Merciful. - Talal Itani (English)

26:218 ٱلَّذِى يَرَىٰكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ
26:218 He Who sees you when you rise. - Talal Itani (English)

26:219 وَتَقَلُّبَكَ فِى ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ
26:219 And your devotions amidst the worshipers. - Talal Itani (English)

26:220 إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
26:220 He is indeed the Hearer, the Aware. - Talal Itani (English)

26:221 هَلْ أُنَبِّئُكُمْ عَلَىٰ مَن تَنَزَّلُ ٱلشَّيَـٰطِينُ
26:221 Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend? - Talal Itani (English)

26:222 تَنَزَّلُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ
26:222 They descend upon every sinful liar. - Talal Itani (English)

26:223 يُلْقُونَ ٱلسَّمْعَ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ كَـٰذِبُونَ
26:223 They give ear, and most of them are liars. - Talal Itani (English)

26:224 وَٱلشُّعَرَآءُ يَتَّبِعُهُمُ ٱلْغَاوُۥنَ

26:225 أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّهُمْ فِى كُلِّ وَادٍ يَهِيمُونَ
26:225 Do you not see how they ramble in every style? - Talal Itani (English)

26:226 وَأَنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ مَا لَا يَفْعَلُونَ
26:226 And how they say what they do not do? - Talal Itani (English)

26:227 إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ وَذَكَرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًا وَٱنتَصَرُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا ظُلِمُوا۟ ۗ وَسَيَعْلَمُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَىَّ مُنقَلَبٍ يَنقَلِبُونَ
26:227 Except for those who believe, and do good deeds, and remember God frequently, and defend themselves after they are wronged. As for those who do wrong, they will know by what overturning they will be overturned. - Talal Itani (English)
