بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
15:1
الٓر ۚ تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ وَقُرْءَانٍ مُّبِينٍ
15:1
AlifLaamRa. Those are the verses of the Book, the Clear Koran. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:2
رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ مُسْلِمِينَ
15:2
It could be that those who disbelieve will wish that they were Muslims. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:3
ذَرْهُمْ يَأْكُلُوا۟ وَيَتَمَتَّعُوا۟ وَيُلْهِهِمُ ٱلْأَمَلُ ۖ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ
15:3
Let them eat and enjoy; and let their hopes deceive them, soon they shall know. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:4
وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَّعْلُومٌ
15:4
We never destroyed a village whose term had not already been decreed. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:5
مَّا تَسْبِقُ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسْتَـْٔخِرُونَ
15:5
No nation can outstrip its term, nor do they put it back. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:6
وَقَالُوا۟ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِى نُزِّلَ عَلَيْهِ ٱلذِّكْرُ إِنَّكَ لَمَجْنُونٌ
15:6
They say: 'You to whom the Remembrance is sent down, you are indeed mad. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:7
لَّوْ مَا تَأْتِينَا بِٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ
15:7
Why do you not bring down the angels, if what you say is true' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:8
مَا نُنَزِّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ إِلَّا بِٱلْحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوٓا۟ إِذًا مُّنظَرِينَ
15:8
We do not send angels except with the truth. Then they shall have no respite. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:9
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا ٱلذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَـٰفِظُونَ
15:9
It is We who sent down the Koran, and We watch over it. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:10
وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ فِى شِيَعِ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
15:10
We have sent forth before you Messengers among the factions of the ancients. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:11
وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ
15:11
But no Messenger came to them except he was mocked. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:12
كَذَٰلِكَ نَسْلُكُهُۥ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
15:12
So We make it enter the hearts of the sinners. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:13
لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِۦ ۖ وَقَدْ خَلَتْ سُنَّةُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
15:13
They do not believe in it even though the practice of the ancients has already gone. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:14
وَلَوْ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِم بَابًا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَظَلُّوا۟ فِيهِ يَعْرُجُونَ
15:14
If We opened a gate in the heaven and they kept ascending through it, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:15
لَقَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَا سُكِّرَتْ أَبْصَـٰرُنَا بَلْ نَحْنُ قَوْمٌ مَّسْحُورُونَ
15:15
still they would say: 'Our eyes were dazzled; truly, we must have been a bewitched people' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:16
وَلَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ بُرُوجًا وَزَيَّنَّـٰهَا لِلنَّـٰظِرِينَ
15:16
We have set constellations in the heavens and made them pleasing to the beholders, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:17
وَحَفِظْنَـٰهَا مِن كُلِّ شَيْطَـٰنٍ رَّجِيمٍ
15:17
and guarded them from every stoned satan. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:18
إِلَّا مَنِ ٱسْتَرَقَ ٱلسَّمْعَ فَأَتْبَعَهُۥ شِهَابٌ مُّبِينٌ
15:18
Except for he who steals the listening and is then pursued by a visible flame. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:19
وَٱلْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَـٰهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِىَ وَأَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ مَّوْزُونٍ
15:19
We have spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains. Everything We have caused to grow therein is justly weighed; - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:20
وَجَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَعَـٰيِشَ وَمَن لَّسْتُمْ لَهُۥ بِرَٰزِقِينَ
15:20
and there appointed for you is a livelihood, and for those you do not provide. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:21
وَإِن مِّن شَىْءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
15:21
And there is not a thing but with Us are its treasuries, and We do not send it down except in a known measure. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:22
وَأَرْسَلْنَا ٱلرِّيَـٰحَ لَوَٰقِحَ فَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَسْقَيْنَـٰكُمُوهُ وَمَآ أَنتُمْ لَهُۥ بِخَـٰزِنِينَ
15:22
We send the winds fertilizing, and We send down out of heaven water, from which you drink and you are not its treasurers. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:23
وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ نُحْىِۦ وَنُمِيتُ وَنَحْنُ ٱلْوَٰرِثُونَ
15:23
And surely, it is We who give life and make to die. We are the Inheritor. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:24
وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْنَا ٱلْمُسْتَقْدِمِينَ مِنكُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْنَا ٱلْمُسْتَـْٔخِرِينَ
15:24
We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:25
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ حَكِيمٌ عَلِيمٌ
15:25
and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:26
وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مِن صَلْصَـٰلٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ
15:26
We created mankind from clay, molded from mud, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:27
وَٱلْجَآنَّ خَلَقْنَـٰهُ مِن قَبْلُ مِن نَّارِ ٱلسَّمُومِ
15:27
and before him We created the jinn from smokeless fire. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:28
وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّى خَـٰلِقٌۢ بَشَرًا مِّن صَلْصَـٰلٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ
15:28
When your Lord said to the angels: 'See, I am creating a mortal from clay of molded mud. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:29
فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُۥ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِى فَقَعُوا۟ لَهُۥ سَـٰجِدِينَ
15:29
When I have shaped him and ran My created soul in him fall down prostrating towards him'. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:30
فَسَجَدَ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ كُلُّهُمْ أَجْمَعُونَ
15:30
All the angels prostrated themselves, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:31
إِلَّآ إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونَ مَعَ ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ
15:31
except iblis (father of the jinn) who refused to be one of those who prostrated themselves. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:32
قَالَ يَـٰٓإِبْلِيسُ مَا لَكَ أَلَّا تَكُونَ مَعَ ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ
15:32
He said: 'iblis, what is the matter with you, that you do you not prostrate yourself' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:33
قَالَ لَمْ أَكُن لِّأَسْجُدَ لِبَشَرٍ خَلَقْتَهُۥ مِن صَلْصَـٰلٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ
15:33
He replied: 'I will not prostrate to a mortal You have created of clay, from molded mud' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:34
قَالَ فَٱخْرُجْ مِنْهَا فَإِنَّكَ رَجِيمٌ
15:34
(Allah) said: 'Begone, you are accursed! - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:35
وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكَ ٱللَّعْنَةَ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ
15:35
A curse shall be on you till the Day of Recompense' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:36
قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنظِرْنِىٓ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ
15:36
He said: 'My Lord, reprieve me till the Day they are raised' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:37
قَالَ فَإِنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُنظَرِينَ
15:37
He answered: 'You are among those reprieved - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:38
إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْوَقْتِ ٱلْمَعْلُومِ
15:38
till the appointed time. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:39
قَالَ رَبِّ بِمَآ أَغْوَيْتَنِى لَأُزَيِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
15:39
(satan) said: 'My Lord, for Your perverting me, I shall make (matters) in the earth seem most fair to them and I shall pervert all, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:40
إِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنْهُمُ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ
15:40
except the devoted amongst Your worshippers. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:41
قَالَ هَـٰذَا صِرَٰطٌ عَلَىَّ مُسْتَقِيمٌ
15:41
He (Allah) said: 'This is for Me the Right Path - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:42
إِنَّ عِبَادِى لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَـٰنٌ إِلَّا مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلْغَاوِينَ
15:42
over My worshipers you have no authority, except the perverse that follow you. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:43
وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمَوْعِدُهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
15:43
Gehenna (Hell) will be the promise for all of them. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:44
لَهَا سَبْعَةُ أَبْوَٰبٍ لِّكُلِّ بَابٍ مِّنْهُمْ جُزْءٌ مَّقْسُومٌ
15:44
It has seven gates, and through each gate a portion of them belong. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:45
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّـٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ
15:45
But the cautious shall live amongst gardens and fountains: - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:46
ٱدْخُلُوهَا بِسَلَـٰمٍ ءَامِنِينَ
15:46
'In peace and security, enter them' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:47
وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِى صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّ إِخْوَٰنًا عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مُّتَقَـٰبِلِينَ
15:47
We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:48
لَا يَمَسُّهُمْ فِيهَا نَصَبٌ وَمَا هُم مِّنْهَا بِمُخْرَجِينَ
15:48
There, no fatigue shall smite them, nor shall they ever be driven from it' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:49
۞ نَبِّئْ عِبَادِىٓ أَنِّىٓ أَنَا ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
15:49
Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:50
وَأَنَّ عَذَابِى هُوَ ٱلْعَذَابُ ٱلْأَلِيمُ
15:50
and that My punishment is the painful chastisement. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:51
وَنَبِّئْهُمْ عَن ضَيْفِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ
15:51
Tell them of Abraham's guests. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:52
إِذْ دَخَلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالُوا۟ سَلَـٰمًا قَالَ إِنَّا مِنكُمْ وَجِلُونَ
15:52
They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:53
قَالُوا۟ لَا تَوْجَلْ إِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلَـٰمٍ عَلِيمٍ
15:53
'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:54
قَالَ أَبَشَّرْتُمُونِى عَلَىٰٓ أَن مَّسَّنِىَ ٱلْكِبَرُ فَبِمَ تُبَشِّرُونَ
15:54
He said: 'What is this, do you bring me glad tidings even though I am old' Of what do you give me glad tidings' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:55
قَالُوا۟ بَشَّرْنَـٰكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ فَلَا تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلْقَـٰنِطِينَ
15:55
They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:56
قَالَ وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ
15:56
He replied: 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, except those that are astray? - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:57
قَالَ فَمَا خَطْبُكُمْ أَيُّهَا ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ
15:57
He asked: 'Messengers, what is your errand' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:58
قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّآ أُرْسِلْنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوْمٍ مُّجْرِمِينَ
15:58
They replied: 'We are sent to sinful nation. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:59
إِلَّآ ءَالَ لُوطٍ إِنَّا لَمُنَجُّوهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
15:59
Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:60
إِلَّا ٱمْرَأَتَهُۥ قَدَّرْنَآ ۙ إِنَّهَا لَمِنَ ٱلْغَـٰبِرِينَ
15:60
but his wife. We decreed that she should be amongst those who remain behind. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:61
فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ءَالَ لُوطٍ ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ
15:61
And when the envoys came to the family of Lot, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:62
قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ قَوْمٌ مُّنكَرُونَ
15:62
he said to them: 'I do not know you' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:63
قَالُوا۟ بَلْ جِئْنَـٰكَ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ فِيهِ يَمْتَرُونَ
15:63
'No' they replied: 'We bring you (news) of that concerning which they were doubting. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:64
وَأَتَيْنَـٰكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَإِنَّا لَصَـٰدِقُونَ
15:64
We bring you the truth, and indeed we are truthful. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:65
فَأَسْرِ بِأَهْلِكَ بِقِطْعٍ مِّنَ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱتَّبِعْ أَدْبَـٰرَهُمْ وَلَا يَلْتَفِتْ مِنكُمْ أَحَدٌ وَٱمْضُوا۟ حَيْثُ تُؤْمَرُونَ
15:65
Depart with your family in a part of the night and walk behind them and let none of you turn round. Go to a place where you are commanded' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:66
وَقَضَيْنَآ إِلَيْهِ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْأَمْرَ أَنَّ دَابِرَ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ مَقْطُوعٌ مُّصْبِحِينَ
15:66
And We made known to him this decree that the wrongdoers were to be utterly cut off in the morning. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:67
وَجَآءَ أَهْلُ ٱلْمَدِينَةِ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
15:67
The people of the city came to him rejoicing. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:68
قَالَ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ ضَيْفِى فَلَا تَفْضَحُونِ
15:68
He said: 'These are my guests; do not shame me. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:69
وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَلَا تُخْزُونِ
15:69
Fear Allah and do not disgrace me' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:70
قَالُوٓا۟ أَوَلَمْ نَنْهَكَ عَنِ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
15:70
They replied: 'Have we not forbidden you (the people of) the worlds' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:71
قَالَ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ بَنَاتِىٓ إِن كُنتُمْ فَـٰعِلِينَ
15:71
He said: 'Here are my daughters; take them (in marriage), if you would be doing' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:72
لَعَمْرُكَ إِنَّهُمْ لَفِى سَكْرَتِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
15:72
By your life, they wandered blindly in their dazzlement. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:73
فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ ٱلصَّيْحَةُ مُشْرِقِينَ
15:73
At sunrise a dreadful Shout seized them. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:74
فَجَعَلْنَا عَـٰلِيَهَا سَافِلَهَا وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ حِجَارَةً مِّن سِجِّيلٍ
15:74
We laid it (the city) upside down and rained stones of baked clay upon them. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:75
إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍ لِّلْمُتَوَسِّمِينَ
15:75
Surely, in that there are signs for those who contemplate. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:76
وَإِنَّهَا لَبِسَبِيلٍ مُّقِيمٍ
15:76
Indeed, it is on a way which still exists. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:77
إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
15:77
Surely, in that there is a sign for those who believe. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:78
وَإِن كَانَ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْأَيْكَةِ لَظَـٰلِمِينَ
15:78
The dwellers of the Thicket were harmdoers. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:79
فَٱنتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمَا لَبِإِمَامٍ مُّبِينٍ
15:79
On them, too, We took vengeance, and they are both on a clear roadway. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:80
وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْحِجْرِ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
15:80
And the dwellers of Al Hijr also belied the Messengers. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:81
وَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُمْ ءَايَـٰتِنَا فَكَانُوا۟ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ
15:81

15:82
وَكَانُوا۟ يَنْحِتُونَ مِنَ ٱلْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًا ءَامِنِينَ
15:82

15:83
فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ ٱلصَّيْحَةُ مُصْبِحِينَ
15:83

15:84
فَمَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ
15:84

15:85
وَمَا خَلَقْنَا ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ إِلَّا بِٱلْحَقِّ ۗ وَإِنَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ لَـَٔاتِيَةٌ ۖ فَٱصْفَحِ ٱلصَّفْحَ ٱلْجَمِيلَ
15:85
We did not create the heavens and the earth, and what is between them except in truth. The Hour is sure to come, therefore, forgive them with a graciouspardon. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:86
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ ٱلْخَلَّـٰقُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
15:86

15:87
وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَـٰكَ سَبْعًا مِّنَ ٱلْمَثَانِى وَٱلْقُرْءَانَ ٱلْعَظِيمَ
15:87
We have given you the seven dual (verses, Al Fatihah) and the Mighty Holy Reading (Koran). - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:88
لَا تَمُدَّنَّ عَيْنَيْكَ إِلَىٰ مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِهِۦٓ أَزْوَٰجًا مِّنْهُمْ وَلَا تَحْزَنْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَٱخْفِضْ جَنَاحَكَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
15:88
Do not stretch your eyes to that We have given pairs of them to enjoy, nor sorrow for them, and lower your wing to the believers. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:89
وَقُلْ إِنِّىٓ أَنَا ٱلنَّذِيرُ ٱلْمُبِينُ
15:89
And say: 'I am the plain warner' - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:90
كَمَآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَى ٱلْمُقْتَسِمِينَ
15:90
So We sent it down to the partitioners, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:91
ٱلَّذِينَ جَعَلُوا۟ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ عِضِينَ
15:91
who have broken the Koran into parts, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:92
فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَسْـَٔلَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
15:92
so by your Lord, We will question them all - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:93
عَمَّا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ
15:93
about what they did. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:94
فَٱصْدَعْ بِمَا تُؤْمَرُ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ
15:94
Proclaim then, what you are commanded and turn away from the unbelievers. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:95
إِنَّا كَفَيْنَـٰكَ ٱلْمُسْتَهْزِءِينَ
15:95
We suffice you against those who mock, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:96
ٱلَّذِينَ يَجْعَلُونَ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَـٰهًا ءَاخَرَ ۚ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ
15:96
and those who set up other gods with Allah, indeed, they will soon know. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:97
وَلَقَدْ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ يَضِيقُ صَدْرُكَ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ
15:97
Indeed, We know your chest is straitened by that they say. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:98
فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَكُن مِّنَ ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ
15:98
Exalt with the praise of your Lord and be one of those who prostrate. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
15:99
وَٱعْبُدْ رَبَّكَ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَكَ ٱلْيَقِينُ
15:99
Worship your Lord till the certainty (death) comes to you. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
