بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
104:1
وَيْلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةٍ
104:1
Woe to every scorner and mocker - Saheeh International (English)
104:2
ٱلَّذِى جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ
104:2
Who collects wealth and [continuously] counts it. - Saheeh International (English)
104:3
يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُۥٓ أَخْلَدَهُۥ
104:3
He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal. - Saheeh International (English)
104:4
كَلَّا ۖ لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ فِى ٱلْحُطَمَةِ
104:4
No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher. - Saheeh International (English)
104:5
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلْحُطَمَةُ
104:5
And what can make you know what is the Crusher? - Saheeh International (English)
104:6
نَارُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُوقَدَةُ
104:6
It is the fire of Allah, [eternally] fueled, - Saheeh International (English)
104:7
ٱلَّتِى تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةِ
104:7
Which mounts directed at the hearts. - Saheeh International (English)
104:8
إِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِم مُّؤْصَدَةٌ
104:8
Indeed, Hellfire will be closed down upon them - Saheeh International (English)
104:9
فِى عَمَدٍ مُّمَدَّدَةٍۭ
104:9
