بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
100:1
وَٱلْعَـٰدِيَـٰتِ ضَبْحًا
100:1

فَٱلْمُورِيَـٰتِ قَدْحًا
100:2
Striking sparks of fire - Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (English)
100:3
فَٱلْمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبْحًا
100:3
And scouring to the raid at dawn, - Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (English)
100:4
فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِۦ نَقْعًا
100:4
Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, - Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (English)
100:5
فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِۦ جَمْعًا
100:5
Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), - Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (English)
100:6
إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌ
100:6
Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord - Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (English)
100:7
وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ
100:7
And lo! he is a witness unto that; - Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (English)
100:8
وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
100:8
And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. - Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (English)
100:9
۞ أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ
100:9
Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth - Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (English)
100:10
وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ
100:10
And the secrets of the breasts are made known, - Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (English)
100:11
إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ
100:11
On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them. - Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (English)
