بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
100:1
وَٱلْعَـٰدِيَـٰتِ ضَبْحًا
100:1
I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
100:2
فَٱلْمُورِيَـٰتِ قَدْحًا
100:2
Then those that produce fire striking, - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
100:3
فَٱلْمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبْحًا
100:3
Then those that make raids at morn, - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
100:4
فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِۦ نَقْعًا
100:4
Then thereby raise dust, - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
100:5
فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِۦ جَمْعًا
100:5
Then rush thereby upon an assembly: - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
100:6
إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌ
100:6
Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord. - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
100:7
وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ
100:7
And most surely he is a witness of that. - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
100:8
وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
100:8
And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
100:9
۞ أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ
100:9
Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
100:10
وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ
100:10
And what is in the breasts is made apparent? - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
100:11
إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ
100:11
Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
