105:1
أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلْفِيلِ
105:1
Have you not regarded how your Lord dealt with the army of the elephants? - Ali Quli Qarai (English)

أَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِى تَضْلِيلٍ
105:2
Did He not make their stratagems go awry, - Ali Quli Qarai (English)

وَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا أَبَابِيلَ
105:3
and send against them flocks of birds - Ali Quli Qarai (English)

تَرْمِيهِم بِحِجَارَةٍ مِّن سِجِّيلٍ
105:4
pelting them with stones of shale, - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
105:5
فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍ مَّأْكُولٍۭ
105:5
thus making them like chewed-up straw? - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
