وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَـٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

It has been ordained against every town that We ever destroyed that they shall not return (to enjoy a new lease of life) - Abul Ala Maududi (English)
