21:95
وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَـٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

(It is ordained that) no village We have destroyed shall return - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
