وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَـٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

And a ban is laid on every town which We have destroyed, that they Shall not return. - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
