40:68
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ

He it is Who gives life and causes death. Whenever He decrees a thing, He only commands to it “Be”, and it is. - Abul Ala Maududi (English)
