هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ

It is He Who gives life and causes death. And when He decides upon a thing He says to it only: "Be!" - and it is. - Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri (English)
