بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
99:5 بِأَنَّ رَبَّكَ أَوْحَىٰ لَهَا

Saheeh International (English) :
Because your Lord has commanded it.
