بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
90:2 وَأَنتَ حِلٌّۢ بِهَـٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ

Bu şehre (Mekke'ye) yemin ederim; ki sen bu şehirde oturmuşsun.
