9:56 وَيَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ إِنَّهُمْ لَمِنكُمْ وَمَا هُم مِّنكُمْ وَلَـٰكِنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ يَفْرَقُونَ

Muhammad Sarwar (English) :
They swear by God that they are believers like you but they are not believers. They are a people who only cause differences.
