بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
79:23 فَحَشَرَ فَنَادَىٰ

Ali Quli Qarai (English) :
and gathered [the people] and proclaimed,
