بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
53:43 وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَىٰ

that it is He who makes [men] laugh, and weep,
