In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
43:31
وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَـٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِّنَ ٱلْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ

And they said, ‘Why was not this Quran sent down to some great man from the two cities?’ - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
