4:98
إِلَّا ٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلْوِلْدَٰنِ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةً وَلَا يَهْتَدُونَ سَبِيلًا
4:98
Except the men, women, and children, who, being abased have no means and they are unable to guide themselves to a way. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
