بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
3:196 لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَـٰدِ

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri (English) :
Let not the free disposal (and affluence) of the disbelievers throughout the land deceive you.
