بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
29:21 يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ
29:21
Wahiduddin Khan (English) :
He punishes whom He will and shows mercy to whom He pleases. And to Him you shall be returned.
