بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
26:13 وَيَضِيقُ صَدْرِى وَلَا يَنطَلِقُ لِسَانِى فَأَرْسِلْ إِلَىٰ هَـٰرُونَ

Japanese (Japanese) :
わたしの胸は圧迫され，またわたしの舌は(艇?)れます。ですからハールーンを，遺わし（助け）て下さい。
