بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
20:129 وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَكَانَ لِزَامًا وَأَجَلٌ مُّسَمًّى

Und gäbe es kein von deinem HERRN bereits gefälltes Wort und keine festgelegte Frist, wäre es (das Bestrafen) sicherlich notwendig.
