بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
87:3 وَٱلَّذِى قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ
87:3 who determines the nature [of all that exists], and guided it accordingly; - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
