69:25
وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِىَ كِتَـٰبَهُۥ بِشِمَالِهِۦ فَيَقُولُ يَـٰلَيْتَنِى لَمْ أُوتَ كِتَـٰبِيَهْ

But as for him who is given his book in his left hand, he shall say, 'Would that I had not been given my book - A. J. Arberry (English)
