43:11
وَٱلَّذِى نَزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۢ بِقَدَرٍ فَأَنشَرْنَا بِهِۦ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ تُخْرَجُونَ

Who sent down water in due measure from the sky, then quickened a region that was dead -- So shall We bring you forth -- - Ahmed Ali (English)
