إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَـٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ

When the yokes (shall be) round their necks, and the chains; they shall be dragged along- - Abdullah Yusuf Ali (English)
