40:36
وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ يَـٰهَـٰمَـٰنُ ٱبْنِ لِى صَرْحًا لَّعَلِّىٓ أَبْلُغُ ٱلْأَسْبَـٰبَ

And Fir'awn said: O Haman! build for me a tower that haply I may reach the ways of access - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
