28:39
وَٱسْتَكْبَرَ هُوَ وَجُنُودُهُۥ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ ٱلْحَقِّ وَظَنُّوٓا۟ أَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْنَا لَا يُرْجَعُونَ

He and his hosts behaved arrogantly in the land without any justification, thinking that they would not be recalled to Us, - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
