2:117
بَدِيعُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ

He is the Creator of the heavens and the earth: when He decrees a thing, He merely says, "Be," and there it is. - Abul Ala Maududi (English)
