17:83
وَإِذَآ أَنْعَمْنَا عَلَى ٱلْإِنسَـٰنِ أَعْرَضَ وَنَـَٔا بِجَانِبِهِۦ ۖ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ كَانَ يَـُٔوسًا
17:83
And when We bestow favor on man, he turns aside and behaves proudly, and when evil afflicts him, he is despairing. - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
