In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
16:58
وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِٱلْأُنثَىٰ ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُۥ مُسْوَدًّا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ

And when the news of (the birth of) a female (child) is brought to any of them, his face becomes dark, and he is filled with inner grief! - Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri (English)
